G = Guests Compliments

Points = GEMs
When you receive 8 GEM points (Operational Support Departments), or 15 GEM points (Guest Services Departments), you will receive a £20 voucher.
There is not time limit, so as soon as you receive 8 or 15 points, you will get your voucher at the Trading Update Team Tea.
Once you have received your voucher, your points will reset back to 0 and the scoring will start again. It is possible to receive more than one voucher, if you get to 16 or 30 points in one cycle/quarter.
