What a great way to have fun, raise culture, diversity and inclusion awareness as well as enhance team work throughout the hotel than having each month a different department to organise and serve lunch and dinner for the rest of the entire team.
Once a month each Department is responsible to take over the Buffer Car and surprise the team with a Theme Lunch and Dinner.
They have to liaise with the Kitchen Team to come up with a menu and decorate the Buffet Car depending on the topic chosen. They will welcome everyone and make them feel at home during their break time by serving lunch, washing the dishes, setting up the tables, clearing the plates and of course entertaining the team!
